These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Atlas Systems products and services. By creating an account or using any of our platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Atlas Systems

Atlas Systems is a software company providing ready-to-use SaaS management solutions for businesses. Our services are accessible at getatlassys.com and include platforms such as AutoLoc Système, and other products currently in development.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business
  • You will use the service only for lawful business purposes

3. Free Trial

All Atlas Systems subscription plans include a 15-day free trial upon account creation. During this period:

  • No credit card or payment information is required
  • You have full access to all features of your selected plan
  • No charges will be made if you do not subscribe before the trial ends
  • Your account and data will be retained for 15 days after trial expiry before being permanently deleted

4. Subscriptions and Billing

After the free trial, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription. The following conditions apply:

  • Monthly plans: Billed every 30 days from the subscription start date
  • Annual plans: Billed once per year at a discounted rate
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes (VAT)
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Invoices are issued automatically upon each successful payment

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date:

  • Monthly subscribers: Cancel before the end of the current monthly period. You retain access until the period ends — no refund for the remaining days.
  • Annual subscribers: Cancel before the annual renewal date. You retain access until the year ends — no partial refund unless otherwise agreed.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Atlas Systems services to:

  • Conduct any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our software
  • Resell or sublicense our services without written permission
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Violate the privacy or rights of other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into our platforms. Atlas Systems does not claim any rights over your business data. We will never access your data except for technical support purposes and only with your explicit permission.

Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After that period, data will be permanently deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, interfaces, and content provided by Atlas Systems — including our products, logos, and documentation — are the exclusive intellectual property of Atlas Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Systems provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Systems shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data beyond our backup retention policy
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Atlas Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

12. Account Termination

Atlas Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Have outstanding unpaid balances after repeated notices

In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. For material changes, active subscribers will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation in good faith before any legal proceedings.
